How we handle your details

Plain-language summary. Last updated 3 November 2026.

Who we are

Bundelo Fairs is run by Bundelo AB (org. no. 559608-1108), Strandängsvägen 74, 235 91 Vellinge, Sweden. We decide how your details are used (we are the “controller”). Contact us at legal@bundelo.com.

What we collect

When you join the launch list: your work email, whether you are a producer or an importer, and, if you give them, your company, country and the fairs you plan to attend. We also record when you gave consent, the language you signed up in, and where you came from (campaign tags, the referring website, and the click code an ad platform adds to its links, such as Google's gclid), so we can see which channels and ads work. We only report a sign-up back to an ad platform if you allowed marketing cookies.

Why we use it

To email you about the launch, which you consented to, and to set up your Bundelo account when we open on 15 January 2027, so you don't have to sign up twice. We don't sell your details or share them with other companies for their own marketing.

Confirmation and deletion

We send a confirmation email first. If you don't confirm within 30 days, your details are deleted automatically. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time, and you can unsubscribe from every email we send.

Who helps us

Our data is stored with Supabase in the EU (Frankfurt). The website runs on Vercel, emails are sent through Resend, and Cloudflare Turnstile checks that sign-ups come from people, not bots. Each of them only processes data on our behalf. If you allow it, Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager) and PostHog (EU servers) measure how the site is used, and the ad platforms we advertise on measure which ads lead to sign-ups.

Cookies

We ask before setting any optional cookie, and nothing optional runs until you choose. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics, PostHog) show us how people find and use the site. Marketing cookies let ad platforms tell us which ads bring sign-ups. Your choice is saved in a cookie for 12 months, and you can change it at any time below. Without consent, we still count visitors without cookies: we combine your IP address, browser and our site name into a code that changes every day, keep only daily totals, and delete the codes the next day. We never store your IP address and can't follow you across days. If you sign in to update your details, we set a cookie that keeps you signed in. It is needed for that and nothing else.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete or move your data, object to its use, and withdraw consent at any time. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
